NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not inquire asking for an exception and Do NOT arrive with more people: you will absolutely be evicted with no refund. No parties, weddings or gatherings. Maximum capacity based on septic systems.  Our published rates are the rates we actually charge. There are no discounts to these rates.
